As of 3 a.m. Friday, Culver City’s General Municipal Election for three Culver City seats saw the city’s two incumbents at the top of the elections. Albert Vera led the seven-candidate racer with 20.46%, followed by current mayor, Yasmine-Imani McMorrin, in second at 17.27%.
The third open seat saw Bryan “Bubba” Fish at 16.05% and holding a lead over fourth-place challenger Jeannine Wisnosky Stehlin at 15.66%. Fifth through seventh were Denice Renteria at 14.79%, Nancy Barba at 13.43% and Arian M. Gross at 2.34%.

Trump wins second term
Donald J. Trump is headed back to the White House with 277 Electoral College votes. Democratic challenger, Vice President Kamala Harris, was trailing with 224 votes. Trump surpassed the 270 mark just past midnight to secure the presidency, with several battle ground states still to be called.
