Culver City’s Washington West Business District (WWBD), will host its second “Taste of Washington West” from 3 to 6 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 15.
The event will feature a variety special tastings and drink specials from 10 area restaurants hailed by “LA Eater,” as “the most compelling restaurant row in this part of town.”
The event will include live entertainment, including the El Marino Language School Rainbow Taiko drummers, Brasil Brasil’s Capoeira Batuque Live Drumming, music by Super Ultra Megatones, jazz tunes with Ohayo Good, a Halloween dog costume parade and costume and a chef talk with Chocovivo’s Patricia Tsai.
There will also be fitness, Pilates and yoga demonstrations at Kinesis, canvas painting at Art Printer and a local artists and vendors.
The event is generally centered along West Washington Boulevard, between Centinela Avenue and Wade Street. Guests are encouraged to bike, walk, or carpool to the event and avoid parking in the adjacent residential areas.
