Culver City Education Foundation has announced that it will honor Gabe Garcia, the city’s traffic engineering manager; and Charles Herbertson, the city’s public works director/city engineer, with the 2015 Rachlin Partners/CCUSD Superintendent’s Award. The award will be presented at the annual CCEF Tribute to the Stars fundraising event on May 2.
