I am a Culver City resident who has been closely following the City Council’s plans to change the residential zoning. I have found that a great many Culver City residents are unaware of these changes and how they would be affected by them. Please consider putting an easy to understand map and other graphics in a front page display that would allow your readers to see how their streets and neighborhoods would change should the proposed Housing Element become reality. In particular, it would be very helpful for readers to be able to see what types of apartment buildings and multi-unit structures could be built on their street.
