Our thanks to the Culver City Council for reversing the long-held parking restrictions on Farragut. The public for decades could not park on the 10700 block of Farragut weekdays because of the parking restrictions from 8 in the morning until 10 in the evening. As a result of this, our block of 10700 Franklin, which has no parking restrictions, has had to put up with bumper-to-bumper cars parked day and night.
Since the two-hour parking has been in place on Farragut, we have far less cars parked on our block. Thank you seems hardly enough since the city and council have been under fire from a resident on Farragut. Please know that this resident on Franklin is very grateful for your decision.
