• JUSTICE FOR ALL WITH JUDGE CRISTINA PEREZ, the first bi-lingual family court TV series, shot Monday through Thursday, August 7-9, at 8500 Higuera Street. This series stars Judge Cristina Perez, an Emmy winning television personality, radio host, and author. This is the same location used for another court TV series, “We The People With Gloria Allred”. Both series air on NBC.

• RITANI, still photo shoot took place Friday, August 10 at Media Park and various spots in downtown Culver City. Ritani is a jewelry designer known for engagement rings.

DID YOU KNOW: Actress and talk show host, Ricki Lake chose Culver City for her comeback. “The Ricki Lake Show” is an upcoming American first-run syndicated talk show that will be hosted by Ricki Lake, and will mark her return to talk television after leaving the genre in 2004. Lake is best known for her starring role as Tracy Turnblad in the original 1988 John Water’s film “Hairspray”, the inspiration for the Tony Award winning musical and subsequent 2007 film. ‘The Ricki Lake Show’ has a set premiere date of Sept. 10 and began taping episodes on July 25 at the Culver Studios.
