There will be dozens of dance, theatre and musical performances – many family-friendly – in Culver City in the coming year.
The Culver City City Council has approved 2012 Performing Arts Grants and the staff has begun preparing contracts and planning electronic marketing opportunities for the grant recipients.
This year’s list of recipients includes: The Actors’ Gang, Heidi Duckler Dance Theatre, CONTRA-TIEMPO, Culver City Public Theatre, Culver City Symphony Orchestra, The Definiens Project, Donna Sternberg & Dancers, Invertigo Dance Theatre, The Jazz Bakery, Los Angeles Doctors Symphony Orchestra, Los Angeles Women’s Theatre Festival, needtheater, Rogue Artists Ensemble, Vox Femina Los Angeles, and We Tell Stories.
