Five developers have been given the green light to proceed with plans for the development 9300 Culver Boulevard, so-called Parcel B.
The Culver City City Council/Redevelopment Agency selected Combined/N3, The Tolkin Group, Runyon Partners, Macerich and Cardiff/Hudson to begin preparing detailed conceptual plans for the development of the vacant property. The five developers will be issued the paperwork to prepare detailed conceptual plans, submit potential tenants and to provide a pro forma for the project.
Meanwhile, the Tilden Terrace project at 11042-56 West Washington Blvd. has advanced through the first round of preliminary recommendations from the Tax Credit Allocation Committee (TCAC). Funding from the committee is critical to the project and is on track to this point, according to City Manager John Nachbar.
