On Wednesday, July 17 from 7:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m., the Culver City Chamber of Commerce will co-host their July breakfast mixer, “Good Morning Culver City!” with the LAX Coastal Chamber of Commerce at the Doubletree by Hilton LA Westside, 6161 W. Centinela Ave., Culver City.

This type of collaboration between the two chambers is something that should be happening more often, according to Colin Diaz, president of the Culver City Chamber.

“Christina Davis (LAX Coastal Chamber President/CEO) and I get along really well,” Diaz explains.”

This will be the second collaboration of the year that the Culver City Chamber and LAX Coastal Chamber will have this year after the “Good Morning Culver City!” in April hosted by the LAX Coastal Chamber and local business Industrious, and Diaz says he hopes to eventually make these collaborations consistent and quarterly.

Part of the reason that the Culver City Chamber is able to come together so seamlessly with the LAX Coastal Chamber is the overlap that the two Chambers have in terms of its members. Combine that with the close proximity of the two offices; with the Culver City Chamber office and the LAX Coastal Chamber office being located just 2 miles apart from each other.

As with all of the Culver City Chamber’s breakfast mixers, it is an opportunity to tell people more about your business and network with the business professionals of Culver City and surrounding areas. There will be several special guests, as well as a “binge networking session” that will encourage people to ask questions about their and other member’s businesses. Additionally, there will be a business card raffle towards the end of the event. Members of the Chamber can attend for $25, while those who aren’t members yet can purchase a ticket for $45. RSVP by Tuesday, July 16 at 1:30 p.m. For more information, visit culvercitychamber.com.
