Culver City is alive with the holiday spirit. Downtown is alight with decorations and the Holiday Ice Rink is a special addition this year.
Last week, residents were treated to the annual tree lighting ceremony. The plaza was filled to capacity and full of anticipation as the community waited for Santa’s arrival.
“It gave me great joy to take my grandsons to the festivities this year. The food, drinks and merriment were so enjoyed by all. So festive. And the ice skating rink downtown—that is just icing on the cake,” said longtime resident Camille Greenspan.
The Culver City Police Officer’s Association helped Santa make his way around town. The jolly holiday icon made stops throughout the city, including Sunkist Park, Studio Estates and his final destination, Downtown.
“My son has been so excited to meet Santa this year. It’s all he has talked about for weeks,” said Racheal McGuiness.
