Congratulations to Culver City High’s winter teams

The Culver City High School winter sports teams had one of the best winter sports seasons in school history. All five teams made the CIF playoffs and the girls basketball team advanced to the CIF 3AA semifinal game. 

Now it’s time for spring sports. Highlighting this week in spring sports is the Annual Culver City Invitational Track and Field Meet on Saturday at 10 a.m. on the Culver City High School track. Some of the best track and field athletes in Southern California from some of the top track and field schools will showcase their talents on Saturday. 

This year the Centaurs have some of the best boys and girls relay teams in the state. Also, in action at home this week is girls softball, baseball, boys tennis, boys lacrosse, girls lacrosse.

The softball team plays at 3:15 p.m. on Thursday. The boys and girls lacrosse teams also play on Thursday. The girls play at 4 p.m. and the boys at 6 p.m.  Boys’ lacrosse plays again on Friday at 5 p.m.
