A Cat’s Tale, a feline rescue group, will focus on black cat adoptions during the month of May with its special Back in Black promotion. For the entire month of May, adopters will get a 25 percent discount on black cats.
“Black cats often have the hardest time finding homes,” Outreach Coordinator at the rescue Cathy Grasso said. “They don’t show up as well in photos and some people think they bring bad luck. In actuality they are some of the most loving and beautiful cats we encounter.”
A Cat’s Tale is an all-volunteer non-profit organization. It was founded in 2009 and depends entirely upon its fundraisers and donations to care for homeless cats.
