Forgery:

On Oct. 4 at 9 p.m. a victim came to the police department to report that he was the victim of a fraudulent check. The victim said he received a call from his bank in regards to a check he wrote had been forced to another party. The victim said he did not give permission to anyone to have access to his account.

Stolen Car:

On Oct. 5 at 11:40 a.m. officers responded to the area of Washington Boulevard and Sawtelle Boulevard regarding a GTA investigation. The officers arrived and met with the victim who told them the following; he parked and locked his 2002 Acura in the 11300 block of Washington Boulevard at 10:30 a.m. When he returned at 11:30 a.m. his car was missing.

Car Burglary:

On Oct. 6 at 10; 22 p.m. Officers responded to the 6000 block of Sepulveda Boulevard regarding a car burglary investigation. The officers met with the victim who told them the following; he parked and locked his 2004 Chevy at 7:30 p.m. when he returned at 10:30 p.m. he discovered his truck unlocked and his property missing.

Commercial Burglary:

On Oct. 7 at 3:30 p.m. a victim came to the police department to report his storage locker had been burglarized. The victim said he placed his property in t he storage unit on June 15, 2012. He returned on Sept. 4 and discovered his property missing.

Commercial Burglary:

On Oct. 7 at 7:30 p.m. a victim called the police department to report he was a victim of a burglary. The victim said he went to the 3800 block of Overland Avenue and placed his property into a locker. When he returned an hour later his property was missing.
